Fabio Porcellini attended the University of Bologna (Italy), graduating in Economics in 1991 and was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.
During his career he became an expert in corporate legal issues specializing in assisting corporate and contractual services and consultancy in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, demergers, conversions, acquisitions, deal structures, equity raise, finance and businesses sales. Fabio is also a recognized auditor and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of major commercial companies, cooperatives, associations and consortia with public participation around Italy.Mr. Porcellini is a member of the board of NPN HOLDING LLC, a Florida company that owns Natcom, a top world player in the creation, production and distribution of digital content with an audience, which reaches 1.2 billion people across the world. Natcom is a multi-platform global network and studio with an expertise in developing and monetizing content with creator partners, producing original programming and custom branded content, as well as managing talent and creating multi-platform distribution strategies.As part of the board, Fabio has been attributed to the delegation of the European business development consultancy and is responsible for establishing Natcom in Europe with a focus in the Italian market.

Mr. Porcellini is also CEO of NATLIVE, Uk company that owns NATLIVE srl, italian start up top player in the media technology and in the creation, production and distribution of digital content and media platform, with an innovative know how in the streaming sector.Mr. Porcellini is also a collaborator in a major Italian company listed on the stock exchange in Milan (Italy).
